Fun Climb On! Artifacts
Out of college I joined the Peace Corps and later after returning, this article was written and posted on the RPCV site. Fun times. That was a sweet little flake that was harder than it looked.
The first Climb On! brochure I designed. Not all the pages are here, but these are fun ones, too. Polly and I on our horse Jewely. And the original three Climb On! products, the Lip Tube, Climb On! Bar and Climb On! Creme. I love that original logo. I should have kept it the whole time.
This was the logo I created which I also loved. I used the Lip Tube top and the Mini Bar circumference to create the "C" and "O". I thought of it like sacred geometry. One time we had a Special Forces guy randomly stop by the warehouse. He said he was bored in San Antonio and saw that we were close so he came by. He commented on this logo and thought it looked more iconic. So I took that as a compliment. I like it, so it's the logo closest to my heart and the one used the longest when I was running the company. It's cool. I'm happy to have it back in action!
